Appointments

Due to our growth into three locations, we have recently implemented a call center for scheduling appointments.  If you call any of our offices, you will be greeted by a recording instructing you to choose option "1" to schedule an appointment.  One of our friendly staff members will answer your call.  Sometimes one office may be overwhelmed with calls, and your call may be forwarded to a staff member at another office.  Our staff are trained to confirm the location of your appointment.  Please ensure you are scheduling your appointment at your desired location. 

We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.

Insurance and Billing

We do not participate with United HealthCare or Tricare Prime.  If you have questions about Tricare, please call 910-692-2444 and speak with Anna, our Tricare account representative.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plans. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for you for insurance plans with participate with.
